What a treat it is to have gentlemen run to open the doors for you, hold an umbrella over you as it rains, load your purchases into the cab for you, and call you madam!
That is one of the things I have really appreciated about Vietnam. Being treated like a lady...making one feel like a lady... and... being more inclined to behave like a lady.
